Project Work will provide programs and services in a manner that respects the dignity and
independence of persons with disabilities; whether these are visible or invisible disabilities and
when the person self-identifies as having a disability, even though it may not be obvious. Project
Work will at all times endeavour to provide its goods and services in a way that respects the
dignity, independence and integration of people with disabilities. Project Work is committed to
ensuring people with disabilities will receive the same opportunities to access our goods and
services and allowing them to benefit from the same services, in the same place or if they
experience difficulty accessing our program, the person will be asked if they require
accommodation and what type of accommodation. Whenever it is not possible to provide access
to programs and services on-site due to physical limitations of the site, staff will work with the
person to identify alternative service delivery options that would allow the person to obtain the
same opportunity.
